Process

Our process

  1. Consultation

We sit down to understand what you want — the space, the style, how you live in it, and the budget you're working to. No cost, no obligation.

  2. Site Visit & Measurement

We come to the space and take exact measurements. Real dimensions mean the quote and the design are built on facts, not guesses.

  3. Quotation

You get a detailed, itemised quotation up front — what's included, what each part costs — before any design work begins. You approve the numbers first.

  4. Design & Drawings

Once the quote is approved, we produce the design: layouts, 3D visuals, material and finish selections, and the production drawings the workshop builds from.

  5. Production

Cabinetry and joinery are built in our own Factory under our own quality control. Specialist trades — glass, stone, wet works, curtains — are handled by vetted partners we've worked with for years.

  6. Installation

Our own team installs, coordinates every trade on site, and keeps the job to schedule. One project manager signs off every trade against a single standard before handover.

Question

Common questions

We work across the Klang Valley — Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Kajang and Cyberjaya — and in Melbourne, Australia. Our studio and cabinetry factory are based in Kajang.

Both. We deliver seven trades in-house — design, cabinetry, electrical, ceilings, painting, feature walls and air-conditioning — and coordinate four specialist partner trades (glass, stone, wet works, curtains) under one project manager.

Consultation, site visit and measurement, an itemised quotation, then design and drawings once you approve the numbers, followed by production and installation. One point of contact throughout.

Yes — you receive a fixed, itemised quotation before any design or build work begins, so you approve the numbers first.

Most projects run between one and three months, depending on scope — a single kitchen or wardrobe sits at the shorter end, a full-home renovation at the longer. We give you a programme with the quotation so the timeline is clear before work starts.

Yes — a workmanship warranty of up to 60 months, depending on the package and the materials selected. The exact term is confirmed based on your selections.
