The scope

Air-conditioning is designed alongside the ceiling rather than after it. Unit positions are decided against the furniture layout, and pipe and drain runs are set out while the bulkheads are still being planned so nothing has to be surface-mounted later.

Installation is carried out by our own team, which keeps the ceiling trade and the AC trade on the same programme — the usual cause of a bulkhead being opened back up a week after it was closed.

Servicing is available after handover for the units we install.
