Wet Works

Specialist partner
The scope

Wet works — tiling, waterproofing, plumbing and masonry — is delivered by a specialist partner working under our project management. It is the trade where a failure is most expensive to correct, which is exactly why it goes to people who do it every day.

Waterproofing is inspected and signed off before tiling starts, and the tiling layout is set out from our drawings so the cuts land where they were designed to and not wherever the wall happened to end.

Sequencing with cabinetry, electrical and stone is handled by us, so the trades follow each other in the right order.
