Curtains
The scope
Curtains are made and hung by a specialist partner. Fabric is chosen with you against the finished wall colour and the actual light in the room, which is why this trade is scheduled near the end rather than specified up front.
Tracks and recesses are allowed for during the ceiling and bulkhead stage, so a concealed curtain pelmet is built into the design rather than added on afterwards.
As with our other three partner trades, you deal with us — the measure, the install and the follow-up are all coordinated through your project manager.
